Wednesday, February 24th is our second Lenten program night!

I hope you can come to this intergenerational event!

Tonight’s theme is “Praying for Others and the World.” We’ll watch a short video and hear the story of Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist monk and author, as we try to locate ourselves in his story. We’ll do a table activity about types of prayers, parts of prayers, and write our own prayer. We’ll have a meditation practice, and do some ‘Holy Yoga.’ We’ll close with brief Service of Communion.

See you at 6:00 pm for dinner and 6:30 pm for “Praying for Others & the World.”

Faith Formation will be hosting the dinner which is Chicken Gumbo (with meat) soup and Chili Grande soup, salad, rolls and dessert.
