Take time for yourself through this ancient spiritual practice: Walk the labyrinth at Union. Lights are low, candles are lit. Leave your worries and your shoes behind as you move through a series of curves and complete your journey at the labyrinth's center. Benefits include a general sense of peace, emotional healing, a reawakened interest in your own faith tradition, and the stimulation of your imagination. All are welcome!
